1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolveIT ("the Platform"), operated by SolveIT LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or any of our services.

2. Description of Service

SolveIT is a marketplace platform that connects homeowners with verified contractors. We provide professional tools including digital signatures, client management, invoicing, payment processing, insurance certificate management, and communication features. SolveIT does not perform contracting work and is not a party to agreements between homeowners and contractors.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

We respect your privacy and protect customer information in accordance with applicable U.S. laws. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 4.1 SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from SolveIT LLC, including account verification codes, document signature notifications, payment confirmations, service updates, and account-related communications.

• Message frequency varies by service and your activity on the Platform.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• You may opt out at any time by replying with one of the following keywords: STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After you send one of these keywords, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you reply START.

• Mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Contractor Verification

Contractors must provide a valid EIN (Employer Identification Number) and maintain active business insurance to register on the Platform. SolveIT verifies submitted documentation but does not guarantee the quality of work performed by any contractor.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Refunds are handled per our refund policy. Free registration is available with limited features.

7. Digital Signatures

Documents signed through SolveIT's e-signature module are legally binding under the ESIGN Act and UETA. Each signature event is recorded with a SHA-256 hash audit trail including timestamps, IP addresses, and signer identity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or circumvent security features
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users
• Scrape, extract, or harvest data from the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by SolveIT LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

SolveIT LLC is not liable for any disputes between homeowners and contractors, quality of work performed, damages arising from use of the Platform, losses due to service interruptions, or delays, failures, or errors in the delivery of SMS messages. SMS message delivery is dependent on your wireless carrier. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Indiana.
