- Mobile phone number and SMS consent records when you opt in to text messages

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Google and Meta (Facebook) — for authentication when you choose to sign in via these providers. We receive basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) as part of the OAuth login process
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Supabase — for data storage and authentication (encrypted at rest)
- Vercel — for application hosting
- Twilio — for SMS/OTP delivery
- SMS platform providers and phone carriers — solely for the delivery of text messages
- Law enforcement — when required by law
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security policies, and SHA-256 hashing for audit trails. EIN numbers are encrypted at rest.
6. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Signed documents and audit trails are retained for 7 years per legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

10. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from SolveIT LLC, we collect your mobile phone number and consent records. We use this information solely to send you account-related text messages as described in our SMS Terms of Use. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. 11. Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. For full instructions, visit our Data Deletion Request page. You may also send an email to social.networks@solveitcompany.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and the login method you used (Google, Facebook, phone, or email). We will process your request within 30 days and provide you with a confirmation code to track your request. Please note that some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., signed documents and audit trails for 7 years).
